On-line Treatment Booking Procedure for Redemption of Coupons


  1. Once the coupons are issued to you, you shall only make bookings to redeem the coupons at the participating spas via our on-line booking system. Please do not make any bookings or call the participating spas on any issue concerning bookings as they will not accept any enquires on bookings.
  2. Bookings can be done up to sixty (60) days in advance but no earlier than seven (7) days in advance(excluding booking date.)

    For example:

    a) If you wish to book an appointment on 1 November 2011, you need to book no later than 24 October 2011.

    b) If your booking date is on 24 October 2011, you may choose to book up to 23 December 2011.
  3. You will receive an email within two (2) working days with a confirmation of your booking request if your booking slot is secured.
  4. For details of the participating spas, their locations, booking time and types of treatment offered, please refer here.
  5. In order to ensure that the participating spas are able to accommodate the bookings of True Spa & True 'Est members, please note the following:

    Each coupon is valid for a period of 1 month and the expiry date will be stated on the coupon. The coupons will be issued on the following basis:

    1. The expiry date of Coupon No. 1 shall be 1 month from the date of issuance and each coupon thereafter up to Coupon No. 36 shall be stamped with an expiry date of 1 month after the expiry date of the preceding coupon. (Members with not more than 36 coupons shall be known as "Category A Members").

      Category A members are only entitled to make a booking to redeem 1 coupon per month.
    2. Coupon No. 37 to 72 shall be dated the same day as Coupon No. 1 to 36 respectively. (Members with more than 36 but not more than 72 coupons shall be known as "Category B Members").

      Category B members are only entitled to make a booking to redeem 2 coupons per month.
    3. Coupon No. 73 to 108 shall similarly be dated the same day as Coupon No. 1 to 36 respectively; and (Members with more than 72 but not more than 108 coupons shall be known as "Category C Members").

      Category C members are only entitled to make a booking to redeem 3 coupons per month.
    4. Coupon No. 109 shall be dated with an expiry of 1 month from the expiry date of Coupon No. 36 and each coupon thereafter up to Coupon No. 144 shall be dated with an expiry date of 1 month after the expiry date of the preceding coupon. (Members with more than 109 coupons shall be known as "Category D Members").
    5. Coupon No. 145 to 179 shall be dated the same day as Coupon No. 109 to 144. (Members with more than 109 coupons shall be known as "Category D Members").

      Category D members are only entitled to make a booking to redeem 4 coupons per month.
  6. Category B, C and D members are not entitled to redeem more than 1 coupon at any same participating spa group on the same day.

    For example:

    1. You may book a treatment at Mary Chia at Goldhill Centre on 1 November 2011 at 11.15 am, and another treatment at Rustic Nirvana at 3.30 pm on the same day of 1 November 2011.
    2. If you book a treatment on 1 November 2011 at 11.15 am at Mary Chia at Goldhill Centre (Novena), you cannot book another treatment at Mary Chia at Urban Home or Mary Chia at Jurong Safra or Mary Chia at Oriental Spa Chamber (Mosque Street) on the same day (i.e. it must be a different participating spa)
  7. Once your booking is confirmed, any cancellations must be done via our on-line booking system at least seven (7) days before the treatment date, failing which it will be considered as a no show and all participating spas shall be notified that your coupon is forfeited and/or deemed invalid.

    For example:

    1. If your appointment is booked for 1 November 2011, you need to cancel at the very latest by 24 October 2011. Cancellation in on 25 October 2011 onwards will not be effective and will be considered as a no show and consequently the coupon number used to make such a booking will be deemed invalid and cannot be used for any treatment.
  8. Please note that the participating spas are entitled to inform us seven (7) days in advance should their location be closed for any special functions or internal events (this may affect a booking that you have already made previously). Upon being given such notification from the participating spas, our booking team will write to you informing you that your booking session has to be vacated for that reason and you will be offered alternative dates for your bookings.
 
Redemption of Coupons for Booked Treatment

  1. Please note the following points on the usage of the coupon:

    1. Please ensure that the original coupon presented for redemption bears the same coupon number which was used to make the booking. The participating spas will not accept a different coupon number from the one used to make the booking for redemption of treatment and, accordingly, services will not be provided by the participating spas. If you fail to bring the correct coupon, your booking for that slot will be treated as fully redeemed.
    2. Any coupon that is without an authorised signatory, ink stamp of the company, photocopied and/or tampered with will not be accepted. The coupon will not be replaceable if damaged or lost.
    3. The coupon is valid up to the expiry date stated (subject to any cancellation to be made seven (7) days before treatment date) and any expired coupon will not be accepted.
    4. The coupon is strictly redeemable against the specific service stated and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full.
    5. The use of the coupon is strictly subject to the respective participating spas' prevailing terms and conditions and their operation hours. Prior to booking a slot for treatment at any of the participating spa, you are required to read their terms and conditions carefully on their respective websites. You should note that some of the spas have included in their terms and conditions to reject treatment on medical grounds. Under such circumstances, your coupon used in the booking at that spa may then be treated as utilized if your treatment have been rejected based on medical grounds.
